School Uniform Embroidery – We'll Embroider the Garments You Already Have

If your school already has uniform tops and just needs the logo adding, our bring-your-own embroidery service is exactly what you need. Simply send your garments to us and we'll embroider your school logo to a professional standard, ready to wear.

New Schools – Please Read Before Ordering

If this is your first order with us, there are two things to be aware of:

📌 Minimum order of 6 items applies to all new school accounts. This covers the cost of setting up and digitising your logo ready for embroidery.

📌 Logo digitising is included within your first order of 6 items — there is no separate setup fee to pay on top.

Once your logo is digitised and saved with us, repeat orders can be placed in any quantity.

Important – Damage Waiver

By placing this order you agree to the following:

Embroidery is carried out with the utmost care and professionalism. However, Two Newts Print Shop cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to garments during the embroidery process. This includes but is not limited to fabric pulls, hoop marks, or needle damage. We are unable to offer replacements for school uniform items that are damaged during embroidery. By completing your order you confirm that you have read and accepted this waiver.

How It Works

Getting your garments embroidered is straightforward:

👉 Place your order and complete the damage waiver
👉 Send your garments to us — we'll confirm the address at order stage
👉 We'll embroider your logo and return everything to you
👉 New schools — please include your logo file or email it to hello@twonewts.co.uk

Artwork Requirements

For the best embroidery result, please send your logo as a high-quality file:

✅ Vector file preferred (AI, EPS, SVG)
✅ High-resolution PNG accepted
❌ Screenshots and low-quality images cannot be used

If your logo needs to be redrawn before it can be digitised, a redraw fee will apply. We'll let you know before any additional charges are made.
